Our scope of work is divided into several stages:

• Firstly, we create the design drawings, shop drawings, and detail drawings for the civil, architectural, and decoration work as well as for all the mechanical and electrical work.
• Secondly, we prepare all the material submittals and specifications for all the project items and submit them to the consultants for approval.
• Thirdly, we established a time frame for the project and develop a plan to ensure that the target is met with the highest quality and accuracy. 
• Lastly, we implement all the fit-out work, including civil, decoration, electrical, HVAC, security, light current, and furniture installation.
